Building trust in shared ownership: natasha greenwood to speak at NHF conference

Our Director of Shared Ownership, Natasha Greenwood, will present at the National Housing Federation’s Affordable Home Ownership Conference on Thursday 4 June. She will speak in the session ‘Customer first: building trust and delivering value’, focusing on how housing providers can create a clearer customer journey, align with the Shared Ownership Code, and deliver a fairer experience for shared owners.

During the session, Natasha will provide an overview of the Shared Ownership Code and its role in supporting a fairer, more transparent and customer-focused shared ownership experience. The Code, operated by the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB), is a voluntary initiative designed to strengthen service quality and build trust across the sector.

The presentation will also reflect growing momentum behind the Code, following the announcement of LiveWest as the first organisation to become a Code Adopter in May, and will highlight how the Code supports housing providers in demonstrating good practice, improving engagement with shared owners, and strengthening accountability.

The conference brings together housing providers and sector stakeholders to explore the future of affordable home ownership and share best practice across the industry.

Housing providers attending the conference are encouraged to join the session to learn more about the Shared Ownership Code and the benefits of becoming a Code Adopter.

Organisations interested in strengthening their approach to fairness, transparency and customer experience are invited to apply to join the Code and access the support available to help them through the process: Adopt the Code – Shared Ownership Code
